Every moment of playing Connie Viniski from 2022 – 2024 was a dream come true. I’m delighted to share this slide show of official Days of our Lives set photos from Connie’s reign of terror.

“Dove’s over-the-top performance made us gasp when Connie stabbed Rafe (Galen Gerring), and simultaneously laugh yet ready to cover our eyes when she pulled out a saw and planned to use it on Melinda (Tina Huang), whom Connie thought was dead. We also shrank in fear as she went after other victims and yelled “No!” at the TV screen when she framed Everett (Blake Berris) for Rafe’s attack and then suicided the poor guy.
Dove sold Killer Connie and her demented mindset well. Overall, she took the material provided by the storyline and made it come alive through her marvelous acting choices as she played out the unusual arc. We loved watching her talk, as she had full-on conversations with a cutout of Li (Remington Hoffman). Dove was so good we believed that Connie thought she was having the conversations.” Roger Froilan, Soap Hub

What people are saying about Julie…

Her work on Days of our Lives
“Dove kept us on our toes as we didn’t know what psycho move Connie was going to make next! It’d be easy to write Connie off as a mere killer, but Dove dug deep into her character’s psyche and showed us that Connie was someone who just wanted to be loved.”
~ Michael Maloney, TV Insider
Her Podcast…
“As a long-time true crime fan, I’ve listened to countless podcasts, but True Texas Crime: The Significant Life of Angela Stevens is different. While most cases leave us wondering ‘who did it,’ here we know the answer—yet the ‘why’ remains hauntingly unclear. What sets this podcast apart is its focus on Angela, the victim, and the people who loved her. Through interviews, research, and reenacted court testimony, Julie gives Angela’s family the gift of honoring her memory, ensuring her story is told with the care and respect it deserves.”
